Blueberry Muffin Collagen Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked gluten-free oats

  • 1/4 cup smooth almond butter

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

  • 1/2 cup dried wild blueberries

  • dash of salt

  • 1/4 cup collagen protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into balls using your hands. Makes approximately 15 balls.
